04/12/2010I ordered two sandwiches and a milkshake. It took over an hour for the food to arrive to my home eight minutes away. Milkshake was defrosted by the time the delivery boy got here. Didn't follow special delivery directions either. Klaudine, ordered 7 times

02/11/2010Probably the best pizza I've had around where I live (Excelsior/Crocker Amazon Area). Delivery took awhile (more than an hour) but the pizza was good and the buffalo wings are excellent. If they find a way to speed up their delivery time I would definitely order from them again. Joseph, ordered 1 times
01/25/2010We thought about trying this place out so we ordered subs & salads. Our order came over 2 hours late, some items were missing and to top it off, the food was cold & super-hard even after we requested for the sandwiches to be toasted. A girl even called me right after I placed the order online to ask for instructions and told me to just place the order over the phone next time. Not only were they slow, they could not take simple instructions. Not ordering there again ever. Fiona, ordered 25 times
01/24/2010Primo Pizza is the best pizza in the area, not too salty, good crust size that doesn't hurt the roof of your mouth, good ingredients. Better than senior....es by far Kevin, ordered 13 times
01/16/2010Giving them a great job on customer service. They remembered our free sandwich and took care of it on our last order. They also arrived 10 minutes before ETA which was nice. They are very friendly there and I enjoy dealing with anyone I've spoken with over the phone. The only thing is the food. We ordered the appetizer special and got the cheese sticks and wings. The wings were baked which isn't our favorite and the cheese sticks were soggy. Still ate everything up though and we are very fond of the sandwiches here. In fact we just ordered a couple more today. Thanks Primo Pizza, maybe one day we'll try your pizza. :) Michael, ordered 7 times
01/11/2010Order arrived in just about an hour. We got a Turkey Sandwich, Buffalo Wings, 2-Liter, and a slice of NY Cheesecake. The first two things we noticed was the sandwich order was incorrect and the delivery guy didn't have change on him (ended up giving him a bigger tip then I wanted). We called to inform them of this and they were very apologetic and offered us a free sandwich on our next order. After making some alterations the sandwich tasted great and the wings were just ok (I prefer fried to baked). We'll definitely give them another shot and might try the pizza next time. Wish they would add some other things to the menu like garlic fries and bacon as an extra. Michael, ordered 7 times

11/04/2009This place has bomb pizza!!! It is REALLY good and always fresh when I get it. The guy on the phone is very nice, easy to talk to, and overall helpful. They even call you when they arrive 95% of the time, which I find helpful if it is late at night and I fall asleep or something like that. The coupons they provide are good too, for ex pay for a medium and get a large. Prices are cheap and the food is good. I recommend this over all the other pizza places on eat 24hours for San Francisco. -Josh, Park Merced Josh, ordered 145 times
10/03/2009Primo pizza is the best!! I don't really like pizza that much. But since I tried Primo pizza, I could eat 3 to 4 slices now and it's our lunch at work everyday. Prices is reasonable, friendly customer service, dough is fresh, cleanliness is great! Try the hot wings and sandwiches... I love the hot wings here because it's juicy and cheap. Yesterday, I ordered the hot link sandwich, it's pretty good with dutch bread. And I love the chicken with mushroom with plenty of cheese. Keep up the good work and god bless you Primo!!!
